Returns & Refunds

What is your general return policy?

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days after receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original shipping container. Please contact customer service with your order number for a link to a unique return slip in PDF (which you will need to print) and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive your unopened item, we will process your refund.

What is your return policy on discounted/sale items?

You have the right to change your mind and return any item up to 14 days after the day of purchase. Beyond that point, no refunds on discounted or sale items are available. If you wish to return something within the initial 14-day period described here, please contact customer service with your order number for a link to a unique return slip in PDF (which you will need to print) and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive your unopened item, we will process your refund.

How long will it take to get my refund?

All approved refunds should be credited to your account within one to two billing cycles.

The item I received is damaged, defective, or wrong. How do I replace it?

Please contact customer service. In most cases we will send you a replacement item and - if applicable - return instructions.

Who pays for the return shipment?

In most cases, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, or due to a defective item, we will pay for the shipping of the new item and for the return of the old item.
