Unfortunately, we can't change your address or shipping information once you've submitted it.

Unfortunately, we can't change your order once you've submitted it. If you've ordered the wrong item, please contact customer service to cancel your order. You can then place a new order online. (Please note: this does not apply to gifts).

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact customer service. We can only cancel orders that haven't yet been shipped. Since orders are transmitted automatically to our warehouse, there is only a very short window to cancel. If you cancel your order after your card has been charged, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement (Please note: this does not apply to gifts)
