What are your different payment methods? accepts credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal as payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via 2checkout, our payment gateway. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our partner's (Shopify) secure server, which securely encrypts all submitted information.

We're sorry but we do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

When will my credit card be charged?

When you pay via credit and debit cards via 2checkout or PayPal you will be charged the full amount upon placing the order, and you'll receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken and you will not receive an email confirming the same.

How will the charge show on my credit card statement?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express will show the charge as: 2CO Ecommerce

Paypal will show the charge as: PAYPAL *STAR STABLE

My credit card was declined, what do I do?

Please note to protect your security and privacy, your issuing bank cannot provide us with information regarding why your payment was declined. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Instead please contact your credit card company or try another credit card. Also check the expiration date of your card.

I've been charged twice. What do I do?

If you were charged twice and can confirm it, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please email our Customer Service team by filling out our contact form here and make sure to provide them the following information: email used when purchasing and the sales # of both payments e.g. sales #: 105463016720.

How can I obtain a refund if I want to cancel or return my order?

If you wish to cancel or return your order, you may be eligible for a refund. Please check our Returns & Refunds page.

Will I be charged a fee for using a particular payment means?

We do not charge any extra fees for paying with a particular valid payment means, above and beyond the cost of your order and the charges for delivery.

Limited/Special offers - how do I know I will still get one?

We'll take down limited/special offers when they're no longer available. You'll still get the limited/special offer as long as you place the order while the offer is still posted on our site. Hurry!

Are all promotions available in all countries?

Many promotions are limited to certain countries/regions. If you can't see the offer on your country's/regions version, it's most likely not available there.

Can Gift Card special or standard offers be combined with other offers e.g. Double Star Coins?

No, these offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers (e.g. Double Star Coins).
